This is a Keynote presentation that Julio Guerrero gave at a conference organized by Saudi Aramco and NASA about Deep Space and Deep Ocean Exploration. The presentation was about successful ways to implement collaborations between Industry, Universities and Research Centers. Successful collaborations between Industry, Academia, and Research Centers help to cross the Valley of Death, and this presentation explains how to make them happen.
It specifically explained the TE$PK: How to complement the five factors that define your projects; namely: Time, Engineering requirements, $ budget, People, and Knowledge. We need to manage these five variables and deliver tangibles results within their bounds. This presentation explains how one can get more K and P from collaborations with organizations outside the corporations.
