Our team has also worked on root cause analysis of fire fighting systems for tall buildings. In one case for example, our team analyzed the Diesel Engine/Pump (Pumping System) that is installed in the basement of the building and the exhaust pipes connected to the Pumping System, and determined the root cause of unforeseen failures.
